How do I receive a quotation?

How do I order a promotional Item?
For ordering the items on promotion send us an email with the item number. We have all promotions on file and will generate a quotation based on this.
How do I place an order?

Please send the purchase order with the prices from your quotation to the sales representative you were in contact with.

What are the payment methods?
For approved accounts that have provided a credit check, net 30 days. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express if you prefer those methods of payment.

What are the shipping terms?
We use best way practice/ prepaid or collect. If you wish to use your own carrier, please provide your shipping account number with the Purchase Order.

When will my order be shipped?
For items that are in stock your order will be shipped the day of a received purchase order. For customized items, you will be given a lead time and shipped as soon as it is complete. Any items on backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt of our supplier. Approximate dates on backorder items will be given.
