Cascades Enviropac Inc. in Toronto, ON approached Trans-Quip Inc. to find a solution for their existing Southworth lift table.
A) Pallets of raw cardboard material, weighing anywhere from 50 to 300 lbs are depalletized and put on the lift table
B) The lift table is then raised to the same height as the processing machine
C) Workers unload the raw material from the lift table and insert the materials into the machine.
D) When the raw materials have been converted into finished goods, the workers remove the product and place on the lift
E) They lower the lift to the appropriate height
F) Finished goods and re-palletized for shipping
Cascades Enviropac Inc. have had their Southworth lift table for some time now and are very happy with its performance. However, the raw cardboard material is messy and to keep the machine in good working order they needed protection for the scissor set and hydraulic components. Trans-Quip Inc. provided them with bellows to keep the machine clean and clear of debris. Now, workers can continue working in their ergonomic safe zone by using their Southworth lift table without having to worry about the debris causing a breakdown.
